Call for Papers
Submissions must be formatted using two-columns and may be up to 8 pages in length, including all tables, figures, appendices, and references. Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted or under review for publication elsewhere.
Single blind review process will be used, the authors’ names may be present within the pdf files submitted for review. Full paper submissions, after refereeing, may be also considered for presentation as short papers, limited to 4 pages in the proceedings. We also welcome four-page short paper submissions.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Accepted papers will only be included in the program if there is one distinct registered author per paper.
